In order to benefit from the Service, you need to
- Have an account in Silk Road Bank
- Fill in the relevant application form:
- For public utilities payments you require a personal number assigned to you by the Utilities companies (as indicated on your relevant bills)
- Recipient’s bank details for internal and external transfers
Additional provisions:
- Transfer is performed from a principal account indicated by a client
- In case of insufficient balance on the principal account, the automatic transfer is made from supplementary account indicated by customer in advance
- In case the accounts are in different currencies, the operations between the accounts are performed by means of conversion, considering the priority
- In case of insufficient balance on principal and supplementary accounts on the date of transfer, the transfer will not be performed
- The transferred amounts are reflected in the utilities companies’ databases within two working days, while in case of external transfers, the amounts in the recipient bank accounts are reflected within three working days.
